During a break between lectures on 12 July 2022 at the 29th International Congress of Vexillology in Ljubljana 2022, Sebastià Herreros, secretary of the Catalan Vexillological Assocation (ACV) handed the FIAV president a letter from the mayor of the Catalan town of Sant Clement de Llobregat, informing the world vexillological community about the renovated library in that city. The Sant Clement de Llobregat Library recently established a vexillological department in cooperation with ACV and he is inviting vexillological associations and institutions to send their editions and to use the resources of this library as the only public library specialized in vexillology in Europe. In his response to that letter, president Heimer donated the library a complete set of the HGZD journal Grb i zastava, as the first submission to that invitation.
The vexillological department provides currently on it web site Detall fons especial – Biblioteca Virtual (diba.cat) access to complete digital issues of the ACV journal Vexil·la Catalana, of its three series (1: 1985-1990, 2: 1995-2004, and 3: 2021-current) and some other resources.
