Dear heraldic and vexillological friends!
The 9th HGZD Annual Assembly is to be held electronically, by sending a joint e-mail message to all the Assembly members. Minutes of the electronic session is held and archives in the same manner as when the Assembly has traditional session.

The elecronic session of the Assembly is held until 24:00 hours of the seventh (7th) day since this Invitation was sent (i.e. until 18 July 2015).
