A seminar organized by the Academic OCuncil of the Croatian Academic Union (HAZ), supported by the City Museum of Karlovac, was organized under the title “Heritage and Indentity”.
The lectures were given in beautiful surroundings of the Fortified Castle of Dubovac in Karlovac:
- MSc Hrvojka Božić, director of teh Karlovac City Museum; lecture: „Beginings of Identity Recording or How the First Museums were Made”.
- Mo Josip degl’ Ivellio, conductor, choirmaster, composer and musicologist; lecture: „Artistic Music Identity of a Nation and a State“.
- LTC DrSc Željko Heimer, president of the Croatian Heraldic and Vexillological Association; lecture: „The Coat of Arms and the Flags of the Republic of Croatia“.
The president of the HAZ Academic Council Mislav Grgić opened the event.
