The President of the Republic of Croatia Mrs Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović handed over the decorations and awards of the Republic of Croatia in the field of social sciences on 15 November 2017.
Order of Croatian Daystar with the Effigy of Marko Marulić
In the ceremony in the presidential residence the President handed over to Željko Heimer the Order of Croatian Daystar with the Effigy of Marko Marulić, awarded to him on 26 September 2017 for extraordinary merit in culture in the field of heraldry and vexillology and their long-standing promotion in the Republic of Croatia and in the world.
